ABOUT MATHYS & SQUIRE
We believe that effective systems for protecting intellectual property (IP) are essential so that innovators can be properly rewarded. Our clients become successful by recognising the opportunities and risks of IP and following a well thought out IP strategy.
We become part of that success by developing excellence; instilling a culture of creativity, innovation and adding value for all our clients.
Ranked Tier 1 in The Legal 500 and highly ranked in other key legal directories including, Chambers & Partners, IAM 1000 and World Trade Mark Review, Mathys & Squire is Europe’s premier intellectual property firm.
Founded in 1910, we have over 100 years of experience in the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property rights, leading the field with insight, innovation and quality.
With over 70 qualified attorneys and offices in London, Birmingham, Brighton, Cambridge, Manchester, Oxford, York, Luxembourg, Munich and Paris, as well as a team based in China, we are a full-service intellectual property firm with specialists in a range of technical fields.
Our attorneys and trainees have a mix of scientific degrees extending from biochemistry, pharmacology, genetics, microbiology and plant sciences to electronics, telecommunications and engineering.
